-Horizontal, Yes. But I have a 4.5" thick GReddy 3row IC and my GT28R turbos still spool up fast. The pressure drop is not really noticed. I also have a flywheel that helped with the spool up.

Greddy have Cast aluminum endtanks, tig welded etc. NOT just sheet metal welded together. The Greddy comes fully polished.

There are definitely some other things that need to be addressed about the FMIC not 'crossflowing' like NISSAN intended the car to be.

A secondary balance tube of some sort will be need to keep both banks/turbos working in harmony.

For example, here is my setup [ http://www.streetneeds.com/uploads/twinturbonet/balancetubeTBboth2.jpg ]

You will also need to address the less air passing through the rad/heat.

Custom mount the air filters (assuming a dual pop, dual mas etc) to under each headlight, Get a lower temp rated thermostat, water wetter etc. Get that center of the car the unrestricted besides the FMIC, I have HAD ZERO problems over heating, Tehctom wouldn't budge over 170*F.

NO, This picture is not photoshopped. It took many times to take this picture. Setting up the timer, shutter speed etc, then jumping on my bike and getting the tire to spin.
